A Woodstock Vermont summer wedding / Julia and Graham

Some weddings feel like stepping into a story, one where every detail whispers of love, history, and connection. Julia and Graham’s day was just that, a summer celebration at Graham’s grandparents’ home in Woodstock, Vermont. A place layered with memories and meaning. The house itself is a treasure, imagined and built by Graham’s late grandfather — an architect whose hands also shaped its woodwork throughout with masterful care. Inside, the walls and corners hold the work of Graham’s grandmother, a gifted artist and weaver. Every piece of furniture every weaving, spoke of a family’s devotion to craft and beauty. It was here, in this living work of art, that Julia and Graham gathered with the people who had helped shape their lives. A dear friend officiated their ceremony, making their vows even more personal, while their sweet pup Buddy trotted happily among the guests, adding his own joy to the day. Julia’s impeccable eye for design brought their celebration to life. Soft summer blooms design by Julia’s childhood friend, thoughtful details, and a flow that felt as natural as it was elegant. Each moment felt effortless, yet infused with intention, a reflection of who they are together. As the Vermont sun lingered over the hills, laughter mingled with music, and the evening settled into that golden space between day and night. It was the kind of wedding that stays with you — not only for its beauty, but for its heart. Here’s to Julia and Graham, and to a lifetime filled with the same warmth, creativity, and love that surrounded them on this unforgettable summer day.
